- Full-Time Respiratory Therapist, On Call 24 hours
- Multidisciplinary O2 Weaning Program with Overnight Oximetry Capabilities
- Tracheostomy Care & Management
- High Flow In-Wall Oxygen
- EKG’s & Echocardiograms On-Site
- Non-Invasive Ventilation to include CPAP, BiPAP & Trilogy
- Nebulizer Therapies
- Pacemaker Assessment & Monitoring
- IV Lasix & Solumedrol
- Laboratory & Radiology Services
Case Management & Discharge Planning to include:
- Home Evaluation Prior to Discharge Home to determine Post DC Care, Equipment & Services
- Coordination of Post Discharge Care, Equipment, Prescriptions & In-Home services
- Comprehensive Cardiac & Pulmonary Education/Training for Patients & Caregivers
- Coordination of Post Discharge Appointment with PCP within 7 Business Days
